It’s not a Hilton anymore, remember! I stayed five days and four nights. There were no elevator services, and I don't trust they are upgrading them. I have to use stairs every day for three floors. I felt I was being cheated and paying that high price. When entering the room,…a bad smell. Probably the odour was from the carpet Car park... Full two nights for G mark slots. This means you have to find somewhere else. Breakfast, no coffee for two days. Ridiculous.

The hotel was beautiful smelt clean. We went to the steak restaurant attached to the hotel wasn’t impressed with it at all alot of things were not available on the menu.

地理位置較好，生活便利，前台服務好，很願意提供訊息和給予提供便利。早餐是傳統的英式早餐加上BLACK PUDDING和HAGGIS，味道中規中矩，水果不新鮮，好像是罐裝的，感覺早餐外包了，不像是酒店自己廚師做的。房間大小適中，有點驚訝的是四星級的酒店沒有空調，沒有小冰箱，沒有提供免費瓶裝水。

You don't need to step outside: great food, great restaurant, great bar, and wonderful and friendly service. But should you decide to do so, you'll find yourself in the best corner of Scotland best city. (I'd say Britain's, but am still tossing up between Glasgow and Leeds!) Cafes, independent shops, bars and restaurants, walks, parks, and museums a cynical 15 year old had to be dragged out of. Fantastic time. We booked an extra night. Don't expect the Shangri la. But authentic and homely. I will be back.

Very comfortable hotel , rooms have everything one would need. Only took off one star in amenities as staffing level at the bar and breakfast service was utterly insufficient for the number of guests. The staff themselves were very pleasant and helpful so not their issue . Management of staff Rita’s need improvement
